About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Outbound Calling Specialist to support Medcare’s outreach and partnership development efforts. This is a full-time, phone-based position focused on contacting healthcare providers and senior care organizations throughout the United States.

In this role, you will make outbound calls to doctor’s offices, nursing homes, home health agencies, senior centers, and other relevant organizations. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce Medcare’s services, explain how its patient referral program works, and encourage healthcare professionals and care teams to refer eligible patients who may benefit from the available support.

This position requires excellent English communication skills, confidence in making cold calls, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to maintain productive conversations with healthcare staff and decision-makers.

The role involves making outbound calls throughout your scheduled shift, so candidates must be comfortable with consistent, high-volume calling and working toward daily and weekly performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to US-based doctor’s offices, nursing homes, home health agencies, senior centers, and other relevant healthcare or senior care organizations.
  • Service Introduction: Clearly and professionally explain Medcare’s services, its Community Health Integration (CHI) program, and the potential benefits for eligible Medicare patients.
  • Referral Development: Help healthcare organizations understand the patient referral process and encourage appropriate referrals through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with office managers, social workers, care coordinators, healthcare administrators, and other relevant contacts.
  • Referral Process Guidance: Assist partner organizations in understanding and navigating Medcare’s online referral system, providing clear instructions when needed.
  • Follow-Up Management: Follow up with organizations and contacts to maintain engagement, address questions, and support ongoing referral opportunities.
  • Call Documentation: Record every call, conversation outcome, follow-up requirement, and relevant contact detail accurately in the company’s designated system or customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
  • Performance Management: Consistently work toward assigned daily and weekly call activity goals while maintaining professional communication standards.
  • Communication Quality: Represent Medcare professionally during every interaction and communicate information clearly, accurately, and respectfully.
  • Independent Work: Manage your daily calling schedule, organize follow-up activities, and remain productive throughout your shift with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in outbound calling, telesales, B2B sales, lead generation, or customer service involving US-based clients.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with American contacts.
  • A clear speaking voice, strong listening skills, and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Comfort with cold calling and making a high volume of outbound calls throughout the entire shift.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with different types of professionals.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate call records.
  • A self-motivated attitude, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness and availability to work night shifts from Monday to Friday in alignment with US Eastern Time business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

The following skills and experience will be considered an advantage:

  • Previous experience in US healthcare, Medicare, senior care, or healthcare-related services.
  • Familiarity with healthcare referral processes and communication with medical offices or care coordination teams.
  • Experience in healthcare sales, B2B outreach, appointment setting, or business development.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Experience with lead tracking, call reporting, follow-up management, and maintaining organized contact databases.

Technical and Work-from-Home Requirements

Since this is a remote position, candidates must have a reliable home-based working setup, including:

  • A laptop or desktop computer suitable for professional calling and daily administrative tasks.
  • A stable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting uninterrupted calls.
  • A good-quality headset with a clear microphone and effective background-noise reduction.
  • A quiet, professional workspace where calls can be made without unnecessary interruptions.
  • A reliable backup power solution, such as a UPS or generator, to manage electricity outages and load shedding.
  • The ability to maintain consistent availability and productivity throughout the scheduled working hours.

Working Schedule

The position follows a Monday-to-Friday night shift, generally from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan time, to align with US Eastern Time business hours.

Please note that the schedule may shift approximately one hour later when US daylight saving time ends. Applicants should be comfortable working overnight hours and maintaining a consistent weekday schedule.

Compensation and Employment Benefits

  • Fixed monthly salary, negotiable based on relevant experience, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
  • Full-time remote employment from Pakistan.
  • Opportunity to work with a US healthcare organization and gain exposure to healthcare outreach and referral development.
  • Professional experience in outbound calling, B2B communication, lead generation, and relationship management.
  • An opportunity to develop valuable communication, sales, and healthcare industry skills.

Required Skills

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

  • Cold Calling
  • Outbound Sales
  • B2B Sales
  • Fluent English Communication
